We ship via USPS and you should receive your purchase within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the shipping time frame, as on occasion, there can be delays with delivery via the carrier. We do not ship internationally at this time.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed and shipped next day. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. In the case that your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees and fees incurred for the return of package.
